On most projects the work happens first and the information gets updated later. Progress ends up scattered across meetings, WhatsApp, email and hallway conversations, while the PM spends their time chasing updates, keeping tools in sync and putting reports together by hand.
KainOS is trying to flip that: the team reports what is actually happening through text, voice or evidence, the AI interprets it and turns it into structured project data.
The idea is that the PM stops spending time chasing information and can focus on what actually matters: blockers, risks, decisions and exceptions.
What I'm working on now
Designing the MVP and the core product experience: the PM dashboard, project and activity management, exception-based tracking, and a conversational interface for reporting progress through text, voice and evidence.
In parallel I'm defining the production architecture on AWS, keeping it serverless, multi-tenant and AI-first.
